Summer is Hot…KidsArts is COOL!
NEW THIS YEAR: A field trip every week!

Open House: May 5 from 10am-11:00am (make a craft to bring to the Wake Up the Earth Festival!)

KidsArts Summer program provides students in grades K2-5 (students must be 5 years old by January 1, 2018) the opportunity to enjoy exceptional programming and enrichment in a safe, fun and supportive environment. Each week, students explore a theme through dance, drama, music and the visual arts. They experiment with materials, tools, techniques and processes that enhance the communication of ideas through art. Students engage in field trips, indoor, outdoor and water play. We swim at Curtis Hall twice a week. Each week culminates with a showcase and exhibition for the families.  We look forward to welcoming you and encouraging your child’s artistic abilities!

Summer Themes
Session 1: July 2-6 (no class 7/4): Music Mavens
Explore all things musical with us this week! We will play instruments, make instruments, move our feet to music and more! Some of the instruments we may use are lap harps, boom whackers, ukuleles, melodicas, and xaphoons!

Love to eat? Come learn to cook! We will learn about herbs, spices, how to make pickles, keep a journal, create a recipe book, sing songs about food, dance like your feet are stuck in honey, explore our garden, and make some yummy eats!
