Also, for all programs, please send in your child’s most recent documentation of a physical and their immunization records.
Camper Profile (for summer only):
Camper Profile – all 7 pages must be completed
Due to EEC-licensing rules, children must be age 5 and in K2 to be eligible for after school and vacation weeks at KidsArts! For the Summer program, children must be age 6 and have completed K2.
