Xscape into a brand new illustrated world of your choice as we go over world building, character, and study work from the pros as we build our own comic books

Students will receive an introduction to the world of fibers through knitting, weaving, and dying fabrics. This class will also participate in creating accessories/props for the play!

Ever wanted to play a cover of your favorite song? Now you can! Students will start with the basics of ukulele: how to hold and tune the instrument, what pitches the strings are, ad how to strum, and advance to strum patterns 2,3, even 4-chord songs, and playing melodies

Kids will compete in various creative themed lego building contests and take photographs of their work. A great opportunity for kids to practice sportsmanship and effective teamwork! Younger kids are strongly encouraged to join.

You’ve read a bunch of picture books made for you by adults, but now it’s time to make your own! Together we’ll look at picture book techniques and explore the relationship between words and images. By the end of the session everyone will have created their own picture book.

Combining, singing, dancing, and acting we’ll take a look at some different styles of Musical Theatre Jazz on and off Broadway.
